Esther has been teaching theatre in some form or other for most of her adult life. From staging plays with students in her mother's after-school program through two years as an adjunct professor at Seattle Pacific University to freelance teaching for various theatres and institutions to running her own Zoom Shakespeare classes during the COVID pandemic, Esther's pedagogical goals have remained the same: to enable actors to approach their work with confidence and joy, pursuing text-driven, motivated, and truthful behavior onstage.
